Cyber Leaders Forum

Sunday, April 4, 2027 | Invitation-only

The RSAC™ Cyber Leaders Forum (CLF) is an invitation-only, closed-door forum for CISOs and senior-most security leaders from small and mid-size organizations, held the day before RSA Conference™ 2027 in San Francisco. For one focused day, 100-110 security leaders from organizations of comparable scale share what's working, what isn't, and what's coming next, candidly and under strict Chatham House Rule.

Applications will open in November 2026.

About RSAC Cyber Leaders Forum

CISOs at mid-size organizations face the same threats as their Fortune 1000 peers, often with smaller teams, tighter budgets, and broader responsibilities. Cyber Leaders Forum gives these leaders a trusted place to compare notes with peers who understand exactly what that's like.

Launched in 2024, CLF is modeled after the RSAC™ Executive Security Action Forum (ESAF), which has brought together top Fortune 1000 security executives since 2003. CLF brings the same confidential, peer-driven format to CISOs at organizations with 500 or more employees outside the Fortune 1000. The format is intentionally intimate and strategic: expert presentations and facilitated conversations, with plenty of time to build relationships with trusted peers.

An Agenda Shaped by Fellow CISOs

The CLF agenda is developed by a Program Committee of experienced CISOs who are familiar with the challenges that you are facing.

You'll leave with practical takeaways from peers who are working through the same challenges at the same scale.

Part of RSA Conference 2027 Week

CLF takes place for a full day on Sunday, April 4 at the InterContinental Hotel in San Francisco, just before the start of RSA Conference 2027. The conversation doesn’t end when the day does: CLF participants also attend invite-only sessions during the week of RSA Conference (April 5-8).

Who Should Attend: CLF Qualifications

CLF is a practitioners-only forum, and that's what keeps the conversation honest. To qualify, you should be:

  • A CISO or senior-most security leader actively leading your organization's security function
  • At an organization with 500 or more employees that is not part of the Fortune 1000

To protect the integrity of the discussion, the following are not permitted to attend:

  • Vendors and suppliers, unless the individual holds a qualified cybersecurity role within their organization
  • Sales, marketing, and media professionals

Not sure whether you qualify? Email us at CLF@RSAConference.com. We're happy to help.

2027 Cyber Leaders Forum Program Committee

The CLF agenda is curated by a committee of global CISOs and senior security leaders who are working on the same problems you are.
